When I had my 5 children, I saw and experienced the needs of many parents. Often, I said to myself: "Oh, if I had known!" This gave me the motivation to support other parents in this great adventure.

I chose to specialize in perinatal care: as a nurse in the birthing unit and also as a birth companion.

Having even more ideas and a strong believer in prenatal education/classes, I decided to launch my own course formula by creating Birth with Confidence.

If I could just tell you one sentence, it would be: Dare to believe in yourself!
