Expecting a child and giving birth is a momentous and meaningful event in one's life. This is the final birth of 3 individuals: Mom, partner and little baby. It is a key, magical, transformative moment.

Live childbirth according to your vision and be an active member.

I want to give the power of childbirth back to you who give birth! Do you have something to say. Your  knowing will lead you to make informed choices that go with your values. While remaining open-minded because a birth is full of unforeseen events! Thus, you put all the chances on your side to better experience this birth.

ʺ If you are convinced that your body is made to give birth efficiently, naturally and without complications, that birth is a happy event, you are already halfway to a safe and natural birth. Positive beliefs and attitudes contribute to a happy birth, allowing the mother to have more efficient labor and to open a passage for her baby with less effort. "

Trust yourself to take care of your newborn baby

Giving birth doesn't have to be a stressful, difficult, and difficult experience.  focusing on pain as often shown in movies. I want to give you the means to facilitate the smooth running and progress of your work.  I want to invite you to change the perspective you have of childbirth in order to approach it calmly and positively. I would also like to remind you that childbirth is innate and instinctive.  : your mind does not know, but your body knows and so does your baby.

Becoming parents cannot be learned from books. However, having taken my prenatal classes or reading my blog posts,  you will be able to take a head start! You go:

- know what to expect,

- know how to take care of baby

- know what is normal or not

- know how to calm baby

-understand their needs and sleep

- already know how to overcome certain challenges

-know resources

I share with you slices of my experience, reflections, a little perspective and even what I call my secrets to better live the post-natal period.

In addition, I encourage you to ask yourself: How would you like to experience this beautiful period? I encourage you to discuss it, plan and plan. I will strengthen your communication and teamwork skills, in order to better experience the arrival of your baby :)
